General Warranty

• 6 Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Prorated warranty based on remaining tread depth
• 4 Year Ozone Cracking - Prorated warranty based on DOT.

Extended Warranties

• Mileage - Percentage based on mileage and tires worn to 2/32nd of an inch of tread. Must provide proof of purchase and maintenance records.
• Road Hazard - Within the first 2/32 of original tread depth and within the first year of the purchase date. Must provide proof of purchase.
• 30 Day Trial - Within 30 days of purchase and first 1/32nd of an inch of tread. Must provide proof of purchase along with removal invoice and survey form. 

Ride Disturbance Warranty

Ride disturbance claims are time-consuming and labor-intensive. Being able to identify the cause is crucial to saving time and money. It is important for technicians to properly inspect and diagnose ride disturbance to rule out any other underlining issues. 

All Kumho tires are tested and inspected before they are shipped out to our customers. It is important to ensure that proper mounting and balancing techniques and procedures are in place when having the tires installed on a vehicle. It is also important to ensure that the tires being installed are designed to meet the specifications of the vehicle.

Starting April 1st, we will accept a maximum of two (2) tires from the same vehicle relating to ride disturbance.

One last thing.

Unfortunately, we stopped offering the 30-day trial to the ROAD VENTURE AT51 and SOLUS TA71.
